Inspire Open library ↗

See it. Share it. Keep it.

Your next reference
is one share away.

Found a video on Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or TikTok? Save it straight into your Inspire library. Set this up once on your phone or Mac.

Android

Install the lightweight Inspire web app.

  1. Open this page in Chrome and install Inspire.
  2. In Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or TikTok, open a public video or Reel and tap Share. YouTube Shorts and Instagram posts work too.
  3. Tap More / Share to…, then choose Inspire. The share screen opens and queues the link automatically.

Already installed? Open Inspire once while online to receive the faster share screen. If no install button appears, use Chrome's menu → Add to Home screen → Install. A home-screen bookmark alone won't add Inspire to the Share menu.

iPhone

Use the fast shortcut to save without opening Safari.

  1. Open Inspire → API keys, create a key named iPhone sharing, and copy it.
  2. Download the shortcut below in Safari and open the file in Shortcuts. Tap Set Up Shortcut, paste your key into the empty field, then tap Add Shortcut.
  3. In Instagram, YouTube, Facebook or TikTok, tap Share → More / Share to… → Save to Inspire Fast. Wait for the Upload queued notification, then keep browsing.
Get Save to Inspire Fast

If Add Shortcut doesn't respond after you paste your key, tap Skip Setup. Your pasted key is kept, and the shortcut is installed.

Set this up once. Keep the configured shortcut private: it contains your API key. You can revoke the key in Inspire → API keys. Allow the shortcut to contact inspire.ronic.ai when iPhone asks.

Updating an existing shortcut? Use the same API key and choose Replace when Shortcuts asks.

Prefer your browser login? Get Save to Inspire instead. It opens the new quick-save screen and reuses your saved sign-in. Existing copies of this shortcut use the faster screen automatically.

If the shortcut isn't listed, open its Details in Shortcuts and turn on Show in Share Sheet. In the system share sheet, use Edit Actions to add it to your favourites. Instagram's actions list appears after Share to…

The fast shortcut needs an internet connection. If it reports an error, check Activity → Uploads before sharing again. Downloading and processing continue on the server after “Upload queued”.

Mac · Chrome

Save the reel or video you're viewing with a button in your bookmarks bar.

  1. In Chrome, press ⌘ Shift B to show the bookmarks bar.
  2. Drag the Save to Inspire button below onto that bar.
  3. Open an individual Instagram post, Reel, YouTube video or Short, Facebook video or TikTok video in Chrome. Click Save to Inspire in the bookmarks bar.
Save to Inspire

Drag the blue button to your bookmarks bar. You can also copy its address and use it as the URL of a new bookmark named Save to Inspire.

For Android and the browser-based iPhone shortcut, sign in once in the browser that opens when you share. Later shares reuse that browser's saved login; active sessions renew automatically. A different browser, private browsing, signing out, or an expired session can require sign-in again.

Wait for Upload queued, then return to the app you shared from—even if the video is still downloading. Inspire finishes on the server. Open Activity → Uploads for progress or retries. The caption or video's title names your reference, and videos get a preview from the first visible frame. Descriptions and search tags are generated afterward. Imports are tagged instagram, youtube, facebook or tiktok to match their source.

You can also paste a link. Public posts only; downloading depends on the source platform. Instagram carousels currently save one media item.
